- Workshop description: Feeling lonely and isolated can make life challenging, especially during a crisis. It can be difficult to know how to help. This workshop aims to give you the opportunity to speak openly about how it might feel to be lonely or isolated and learn skills to help others who may be suffering. As a result of this workshop we aim to encourage others to feel more comfortable talking about loneliness, to start to be able to recognise when someone needs support and to feel more confident to offer support to someone who feels lonely.
- Resources: the Community Education team at BRC We have also developed resources with some of our volunteers for use at home by adults. https://www.redcross.org.uk/get-help/get-help-with-loneliness/support-and-resources-for-adults
