(English) The present study wishes to support the youth networks to become stronger, to support the Youth Commission in developing its strategy for supporting National Society youth structures, and to inform practice of secretariat staff at global and zonal level in supporting youth networks. This study aims to do this by responding to the following three questions:
– The extent of youth networks within IFRC, who is involved in them and how they function
– The impact of these networks on National Society youth action, and ultimately on vulnerable people
– Items of common learning and good practice which are likely to be common to all well-functioning youth networks, including suggestions for National Societies, Youth Commission and secretariat support.
