During Y-Adapt, an interactive games-based curriculum, youth have been working on biodegradability in the local community. This will help the people in the community to make the soil in their garden healthier for a long period of time and last longer during the long dry season.
The youth participant firstly asked the local community people to collect all the biodegradable materials, instead of throwing them away.
After collecting all the biodegradable materials, like leaves, left over foods and animals who have passed away can be used to make the ground more healthier.
So in the end, these biodegradable materials make the soil more healthier and it can help the local community people to increase their income, as their crops and gardens have an increased chance of surviving for a longer period of time and last longer during long dry seasons.
