The branch in Nova Friburgo realized a vertical rappel training course for local volunteers. The main purpose is to let all local volunteers be capable to respond to emergency situations where this technique can be important resource. The summer storms are coming and we need to be alert and prepared to everything because our mission is to stand by who needs help.
