Volunteers from the Haitian Red Cross Society are deployed to carry out emergency response tasks due to the 7.2 earthquake on the Richter scale that shook the country on August 14, 2021. Among the tasks they have concducted, we can mention needs assessments, support for victims. They are also present at the national airport of Port-au-Prince providing assistance and medical transfers to the wounded who arrived by plane from the affected area.
