During Y-Adapt, an interactive games-based curriculum, youth have been working on a community water tank/well. This will help the community through drought and dry seasons.
Firstly, the youth participants made contact with the officials of the Barangay. The officials then came with a proposal and budget for the implementation of the communities water tank/well.
After the proposal and budget the official started the project and will also give work to some community members, to contribute to the water tank/well.
The well has been placed, with the combined help of the youth participants, officials and community members. The community water well and tank will help the community to have potable water and won’t have any problem in water source during drought and dry season.
