La sesi\u00f3n se enfocar\u00e1 en el abordaje conceptual del rol del medio ambiente en las operaciones de emergencias y como la acci\u00f3n humanitaria por medio de una adecuada preparacion intstitucioal puede considerar aspectos verdes para mejorar nuestras operaciones en las comunidades. La crisis clim\u00e1tica nos invita reflexionar sobre nuestros procesos de preparaci\u00f3n, respuesta y recuperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s verde y sostenible. la Estrategia 2030 resalta dentro de sus prioridades el alcanzar una vida operativa ambientalmente sostenible y responder el impacto que genera la acci\u00f3n humanitaria. Con el apoyo de ONU Medio Ambiente, y el equipo de Preparaci\u00f3n de Sociedades Nacionales nos compartir\u00e1 las consideraciones medio ambientales que deben ser incorporadas en el enfoque Preparaci\u00f3n para Respuesta Eficaz (PER) y la Cruz Roja Costarricense nos compartir\u00e1 desde una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s operativa la importancia de alcanzar la transformaci\u00f3n verde de nuestra respuesta humanitaria.<\/p>\n
The session will focus on the conceptual approach to the role of the environment in emergency operations and how humanitarian action, through adequate institutional preparation, can consider green aspects to improve our operations in the communities. The climate crisis invites us to reflect on our greener and more sustainable preparation, response and recovery processes. Strategy 2030 highlights among its priorities the achievement of an environmentally sustainable operational life and responding to the impact generated by humanitarian action. With the support of UN Environment and the National Societies Preparedness team, we will share the environmental considerations that that should be incorporated into the Preparation for Effective Response (PER) approach and the Costa Rican Red Cross will share fthe importance of achieving the green transformation.<\/p>\n
