The aim of this online workshop is to build confidence so you can help someone in a first aid emergency, using the objects that you have around you.<\/p>\n

During this workshop you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Learn essential first aid skills, including how to help someone who has a broken bone, is bleeding heavily or having a heart attack or stroke.<\/p>\n

Build confidence and willingness to help in a first aid emergency<\/p>\n

Consider other sources of support<\/p>\n

Have the opportunity to connect with others while working together on activities<\/p>\n
