Accelerating the shift from reactive to more proactive risk management requires a more anticipatory approach, based on forward-looking analysis. Acelerar el cambio de una gesti\u00f3n de riesgos reactiva a una m\u00e1s proactiva requiere un enfoque m\u00e1s anticipatorio, basado en an\u00e1lisis prospectivos.
