Psychological first aid is a skill set anyone can use when with someone in distress. If you are this anyone, knowing and using psychological first aid not only makes you a better helper, it also makes you a nicer and kinder person!<\/p>\n
Through practical exercises and discussions, you will explore the basic principles of how to offer psychological first aid \u2013\u00a0Look, Listen\u00a0<\/i>and\u00a0Link<\/i>\u00a0as well as how to calm yourself and others in distress off and on-line.
